Mary Zakelj, M.D. (pronounced Ja-kel) grew up in the Cleveland area. She obtained her Bachelor’s in Science at Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She went to medical school at the University of Toledo (Medical College of Ohio). She feels helping parents raise their infants through adolescence into healthy young adults continues to be so very rewarding. Outside the office, she loves to be outdoors, hiking, bird watching and gardening.
